#1MY DOG DIED LAUGHING LAST NIGHT
It’s the way he would have wanted to go.
I was in the kitchen executing a grand plié.
He was in the kitchen too. At his water bowl.
He stopped drinking from his water bowl.
Nobody thinks that I am elegant.

BALLERINAS LOOK LIKE FROGS
Ballerinas look like frogs when they
execute a grand plié at the barre.
Usually they are wearing black
or pink.
Their flesh is somewhat brown.
But otherwise they look like frogs.
Frogs that have decided to try
something new.
Although it isn’t really that new
for frogs.
Today there is nothing new for frogs
in the world of ballet.
